FlyQuest Adds Four New Players and a Coach to Its Fortnite Roster
FlyQuest has expanded its professional Fortnite roster just days before the first online qualifier for the Fortnite World Cup. The organization welcomed Patrick “Faultur” Mcrury, Nick “Curney,” “Edgey,” and “Frat” as the newest players. Faultur, who recently competed in Fortnite’s Scallywag Duos Cup, secured 13th place.
New Coach Joins FlyQuest for World Cup Qualifiers
Convertibles has also joined FlyQuest as the team’s latest coach for the World Cup qualifiers.
New Members Join FlyQuest Roster for Fortnite World Cup
The four new players will join Adam “Crunch” Escobedo and Hansol “Hansol” Kim on the player roster. Although Crunch and Hansol joined the team in 2018, they have not yet competed in any tournaments under the FlyQuest banner this year. When it comes to the Fortnite World Cup, Frat and Curney will pair as a duo, while the other players will team up outside of the FlyQuest organization.
Epic Games Announces Fortnite World Cup
In February, Epic Games revealed the Fortnite World Cup, a tournament with a total prize pool of $100 million that will take place throughout the year. Starting from April 13 to June 16, there will be 10 weekly qualifiers, with the top 100 solo players and 50 duos competing at the World Cup finals in July.
