First-ever fan-made area, Grimy Greens, to be featured in Fortnite’s The Block

Grimy Greens: The First Fan-Made Fortnite Area Coming to The Block

Epic Games has confirmed that the fan-made area “Grimy Greens” by kaancitak will be the first user-created location to be added to The Block and made available to all Fortnite players.

The release of Grimy Greens will be delayed and its official launch date will be announced later. However, players who can’t wait to explore the area can do so in Creative mode using the code 8641-0487-1161.

According to a tweet from Fortnite, kaancitak’s Grimy Greens will be added to all Fortnite game modes. This unique factory-themed area is filled with trees and was created using the Fortnite Creative game mode, following the guidelines set by Epic Games.

Grimy Greens will be located north of Wailing Woods and northeast of Tomato Temple, where The Block currently stands.

What to Expect in Grimy Greens

In Grimy Greens, players will find a factory that incorporates plants and trees into its operations. The main building appears to have four floors and could be the factory itself or an unusual-looking office. Other structures within the area include a greenhouse to the southwest, a house surrounded by grass, a three-floor building under construction, and a small tower similar to the one at Retail Row.

It is still unclear whether Epic Games will make any visual modifications to Grimy Greens to align it with the Christmas event “14 Days of Fortnite” happening tomorrow.

Kaancitak has potentially made history as the first Fortnite player to have their creation featured in the main game. has reached out to Epic Games for confirmation.
