Exploit Forces Temporary Disabling of Fortnite’s Boogie Bomb

Fortnite: Battle Royale Boogie Bomb Temporarily Disabled Due to Glitch

If you had plans to go out dancing in Fortnite: Battle Royale this weekend, there’s some bad news for you from Epic Games. The ever-popular Boogie Bomb has been disabled temporarily while Epic works on a fix for a glitch that allows players to pick up an infinite amount of items. This glitch was brought to light in a recent Reddit thread, where players discovered the ability to carry unlimited weapons using the Boogie Bomb.

Somehow, players are able to glitch their inventory by spamming the button to pick up an item while dancing with the Boogie Bomb. This allows them to hold an unlimited amount of weapons and items, which creates an unfair advantage in the game. To address this issue, Epic has made the decision to disable the Boogie Bomb until a fix can be implemented.

Although Epic has not specified when the fix will be ready, players will need to use their emotes to dance and utilize other fun items in the game to defeat opponents for the time being. This temporary solution will help maintain fair gameplay until the glitch is resolved.

The response from Epic was swift, with an employee responding to the Reddit thread just nine hours after it was posted and the Boogie Bomb being disabled shortly after. Epic Games is actively working to fix the glitch and ensure a fair gaming experience for all players.
