The First Teaser Image for Fortnite Season Eight is Here
The new season in Fortnite: Battle Royale is just a few days away. Epic Games has recently revealed the first teaser image for season eight.
The image showcases what appears to be a pirate hook or hook hand. Accompanying the image is a short poem mentioning “X marks the spot,” treasure, and loot. This could be a hint towards a pirate theme or cosmetic set for season eight.

In the past, Epic Games has released daily teaser images leading up to the new season. As season seven draws to a close, season eight is set to begin on Thursday, Feb. 28.
These preseason teaser images usually provide a glimpse into the upcoming season’s Battle Pass, which is expected to include a variety of new cosmetic items for Fortnite players. Therefore, today’s teaser image might be our first look at one of the new skins arriving in season eight.
We’ll have to wait for the official start of Fortnite’s eighth season in four days to find out what Epic Games has planned.
