This week’s free challenges in Fortnite: Battle Royale made easier
The free challenges this week in Fortnite: Battle Royale aren’t too difficult, but there’s a way to complete one of them even easier.
The first challenge requires players to get 30 seconds of airtime on a vehicle. It may sound simple, but there’s a trick to make it even easier. If you drive around the map and hit some bumps or go over hills along the way, you’ll eventually accumulate 30 seconds of airtime after a few games.
However, if you want to complete this challenge quickly, there’s a simple trick that only requires one additional item: Balloons.
Once you find Balloons and a Quadcrasher, just sit on the backend (not in the driver’s seat) of the vehicle. Slowly deploy your Balloons until the vehicle gently lifts off the ground. If a Balloon pops, simply replace it by inflating another one.

After doing this a few times, you can let your Balloons pop and you’ll have completed the 30 seconds required for this challenge. Although this method isn’t exactly what Epic Games intended by “airtime,” it’s an easy trick that can help you finish the task quickly, as long as you’re lucky enough to find Balloons and a vehicle in the same game.
