Popular Fortnite Weapon Returning Tomorrow
The highly anticipated return of the Dual Pistols is set for tomorrow’s v7.10 third content update for Fortnite, as confirmed by Epic Games design lead Eric Williamson.
Balance Adjustments and More
Alongside the return of the Dual Pistols, tomorrow’s update will also bring balance adjustments to the Boom Box, X-4 Stormwing airplane, and Dynamite. Williamson made this announcement on Twitter stating, “Balance adjustments coming with 7.10 content update: tweaks to Boom Box, X-4 Stormwing, and Dynamite. And… Dual Pistols make their return!”
Retirement and Return of Dual Pistols
The Dual Pistols were initially introduced to Fortnite: Battle Royale in June 2018 but were later deemed too powerful in close-range combat. As a result, they were retired in November 2018. However, they will be making a comeback in tomorrow’s update.
New Additions on the Horizon
In addition to the Dual Pistols, it is expected that the Suppressed Sniper Rifle will also be added to the game in the near future. Although no official release date has been announced yet, players can anticipate its arrival in tomorrow’s update.
The final content update for Fortnite v7.10 will go live tomorrow, January 8th, at 7am CT.
