Fortnite: Battle Royale’s All-Terrain Karts may soon have their own skins
Epic Games has revealed that it is working on cosmetics for the vehicles in Fortnite: Battle Royale. Although there is currently only one vehicle in the game, it is likely that the All-Terrain Kart will be the first to receive new skins.
Are vehicle decorations on the way?
According to recent leaks, it seems highly likely. Fortnite dataminer Fortnite: Battle Royale Leaks discovered a folder named “VehicleDecorations” in Fortnite’s “Cosmetic” directory. Inside the folder, they found files named “Llama” and “Llama.Llama,” suggesting that a Llama skin may be in development for the All-Terrain Kart.
What can we expect from vehicle decorations?
While it is unclear how vehicle customizations will work, it is probable that Epic Games will release a skin for the All-Terrain Kart before the end of Season 5. It remains to be seen if players will need to unlock or purchase these skins. Regardless, once applied, the skins will alter the appearance of the Kart.
Furthermore, the folder’s name, “VehicleDecorations,” indicates that more vehicles may be added to Fortnite: Battle Royale in the future.
Currently, it is unknown what these future vehicles will be, but it’s possible that boats, motorcycles, and helicopters could be introduced. For now, players can look forward to customizing their All-Terrain Karts with various skins, including a Llama skin.
