Chipotle becomes official sponsor of TSM Fortnite house

TSM’s Fortnite Team Partners with Chipotle

TSM’s Fortnite: Battle Royale team has announced a new sponsorship deal with Chipotle, making Chipotle the official sponsor of the TSM Fortnite house.

Expanding into Fortnite: Battle Royale

On Jan. 10, TSM expanded into Fortnite: Battle Royale by signing team captain Ali “Myth” Kabbani. In just over a month, the team completed their roster with the addition of Darryle “Hamlinz” Hamlin, CaMiLLs, and Daequan.

TSM’s Rapid Progression

Within three months of announcing their full team, TSM bought a house for them near their League of Legends team house in California. The game’s popularity played a significant role in this progression, as did TSM’s popularity and the reputation of its players.

“I’m really excited for this opportunity because TSM gets to represent a brand like Chipotle that we really believe in,” said Andy Dinh, TSM’s CEO. “It’s a privilege to partner with an amazing brand that’s leading my generation to better eating habits. I can’t wait to see what TSM and Chipotle can achieve together.”

Chipotle entered esports last August as a sponsor for OpTic Gaming and also gifted popular Fortnite streamer Tyler “Ninja” Blevins a celebrity card, allowing him to get a free Chipotle burrito every day.

Growing List of Sponsors

With Chipotle joining the likes of Dr Pepper, Gillette, HTC, and more as sponsors for TSM, fans are left wondering which company will partner with the esports giant next.
