The rocket soared into space and then started maneuvering erratically through what appears to be portals, leaving players and fans in awe.

Portals in Fortnite Map

Rifts or portals began appearing across the Fortnite map following the rocket launch. These portals resemble the ones the rocket traveled through, but this is yet to be confirmed. Interestingly, a pattern has emerged where a new portal appears and becomes stronger, ultimately destroying a nearby sign within 24 hours.

Moisty Mire Portal

The eighth portal was discovered in Moisty Mire on July 9, near a submerged ice cream truck. On July 10, a skeleton showed up at the location of this portal.

Hill between Prison and Moisty Mire Portal

A seventh portal appeared on a random hill between Prison and Moisty Mire on July 7. Unlike the previous portals, there is no structure nearby. On July 8, a wild west wagon appeared in the spot where this portal was located.

Mountain between Greasy Grove and Snobby Shores Portal

The sixth portal was found between Greasy Grove and Snobby Shores on July 5. Unlike the other portals, there is no sign or structure at this location. On Friday, July 6, a mysterious anchor appeared at the site of this portal.

On July 4, the fifth portal appeared at the Durrr Burger restaurant in Greasy Grove. The giant burger on top of the restaurant was destroyed on July 5.

Retail Row Portal

A fourth portal appeared in Retail Row on July 3. The portal consumed or destroyed the NOMS sign on one of the bigger buildings in the area on July 4.

Tomato Town Portal

A third portal was discovered in Tomato Town on July 2. The tomato on top of the restaurant disappeared on July 3.

Motel Portal

A second portal appeared near Motel on July 1. The portal sucked in and destroyed the sign at Motel on July 2.

Lonely Lodge Portal

The first portal was found in front of the entrance to Lonely Lodge following the rocket launch. The welcome sign disappeared on July 1, and the portal became more noticeable and potent.

The Mysterious Crack in the Sky

Upon the rocket launch, a massive crack appeared in the sky above the Fortnite map. Its significance remains unknown, but it is likely connected to events that will transpire at the end of season four or the beginning of season five.

Rocket Debris in Anarchy Acres
