BAM14: A Gateway to International Competitions

The COVID-19 pandemic may have put a temporary pause on the event, but BAM organizers are more determined than ever to make 2024’s edition unforgettable. In addition to the thrilling competitions, BAM14 will serve as a qualifying grounds for the highly anticipated Esports World Cup. The top two performers in the Tekken 8 and Street Fighter 6 categories will secure their spots in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where they will represent Australia and compete against the world’s elite gamers for remarkable prize pools.

Unleashing the True Essence of FGC

As the Australian stop in the Tekken World Tour, BAM14 offers players a chance to claim not only victory but also a $5,000 AUD prize pool and valuable international ladder points. The tournament also includes major competitions for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Mortal Kombat 1, and Guilty Gear Strive, attracting renowned players from all over the region. Among the participants are three-time EVO champion, Knee, SF6 star Xian, and the talented Japanese duo, Tokido and Bonchan.

BAM14 also marks the culmination of the inaugural season of the local Australian CouchWarriors league. The event offers bounty prizes for those bold enough to challenge and defeat the designated targets live at the prestigious Moonee Valley venue.

Late registration is still open for aspiring competitors who want to showcase their skills. Spectator passes are available as well, allowing fans to witness the intense battles between Australia’s top players and international competitors.
