Finding the Shifting City in Diablo 4
The Shifting City can be found in the Qara Risu subregion of the Dry Steppes in Diablo 4. While this dungeon may not appear on your map initially, there’s a simple explanation for that, and it’s an easy problem to solve.
To unlock the location of the Shifting City, you need to complete the Qara Yisu Stronghold. Once you successfully finish this Stronghold, the Shifting City dungeon will be unlocked. Additionally, a Waypoint for quick travel and various Vendors will become available in the area, making it more convenient for you.
The Qara Yisu Stronghold is recommended for players who are at least level 25 or higher. If you attempt the Stronghold earlier, you may find that while destroying the Spires is manageable, defeating the final enemy can be quite challenging.
It is advisable to focus on farming experience points until you reach level 25. This way, you can easily navigate the area or even find another player who can assist you in completing the objective. Participating in a Helltide event is a great way to earn XP quickly, allowing you to breeze through the Qara Yisu Stronghold in no time.
