Diablo 4 Expansion “Vessel of Hatred” Reveals Fall Release Date along with Chilling Trailer

Diablo 4’s Vessel of Hatred expansion gets a new release date and trailer

Diablo 4’s first expansion, Vessel of Hatred, just got a new release date and trailer during the Xbox Games Showcase.

The Unsettling Update for Diablo IV Fans

At the end of Diablo 4’s plot, Neyrelle was seen leaving the continent on a boat with the Lord of Hatred Mephisto imprisoned in a crystal. The current update is not amazing, as seen by the trailer below.

Mephisto, naturally, discovered a method to escape the crystal and spread his evil throughout an entirely new, lush jungle territory dubbed Torajan (known by locals as Nahantu), which would host the majority of the expansion.

Players can continue where they left off in Diablo 4 or purchase the expansion alongside the new game and not miss anything, as new players will receive a cutscene recounting the events of the vanilla game and seasons prior. Blizzard has re-confirmed a new class for the game, although information are still being kept under wraps. However, due to the jungle location, many players believe the Witch Doctor may return.

Launch Dates and Platforms

Diablo 4: Vessel of Hatred launches on Oct. 8 for PS5, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Battle.net or Steam.
