Upcoming MMORPG from Riot Games Adds Quest Designer to Team

Riot Games, the developer of League of Legends, has recently welcomed Mateusz Tomaszkiewicz, a former quest designer at CD Projekt Red, to their MMO project.

Tomaszkiewicz has an impressive background in designing quests for popular games such as The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and Cyberpunk 2077. His addition to Riot’s team signifies the company’s commitment to creating engaging questing experiences for players.

In a recent tweet, Tomaszkiewicz expressed his excitement about joining Riot Games and taking on this new challenge. He shared that he had spent several months meeting talented individuals and teams, and he looks forward to contributing to the upcoming MMO.

Although not many details have been disclosed about Riot Games’ MMO set in the League of Legends universe, the company has been actively recruiting professionals in various fields such as gameplay engineering, game design, user experience design, game art, and game production. With Tomaszkiewicz’s expertise, Riot has secured a highly skilled game designer for the project.

Greg “Ghostcrawler” Street, Executive Producer on Riot’s MMO team, expressed his enthusiasm for Tomaszkiewicz’s addition to the team, praising his vision, approach, and commitment to crafting compelling stories and player experiences.

No official release date has been announced for the League MMO, as the game is still in early development stages. Players can expect a launch in either the next year or 2023. In the meantime, Riot Games will be releasing Ruined King, a single-player RPG set in the League universe, later this year.
