She asks you to recline the car seat as a safety precaution.
Go into the NCPD building
Dodger’s base is located in an old NCPD building. Stella has an access keycard, so take it and head across the street to the building. Look for the NCPD sign on the front of the building.
Stealth it or shoot ’em up
You have a choice between sneaking through the base or engaging in combat with Dodger’s gang members. This choice will affect the main outcome of the mission. Be careful not to kill any gang members if you want a non-lethal approach.
Go to the basement after reading the computer message
Bill and Charlie are located in the basement of the building. You can head straight there or check a message on a computer in one of the main rooms to confirm their location. Be cautious of goons in the area. If you choose the stealth route, there are electronic items you can hack to distract them.
Drug bust gone wrong
Bill and Charlie attempted to catch one of Dodger’s gang members during a drug bust. The gang member swallowed the drugs, leading to a series of unfortunate events. Bill and Charlie decided to cut the drugs out of the gang member’s stomach, but he died from an overdose. Follow Charlie to the back room to meet Bill and discover more about the situation.
Get to the garage
Bill and Charlie inform you that their squad car is in the garage, and you need to escort them there. Open the large double doors leading to the garage. If your Body skill is high, you can pry them open; otherwise, follow the red cables to a circuit breaker box and flip the switch.
Speak with Dodger
As Bill and Charlie are about to escape, Dodger confronts them and asks for an explanation. You have three options: lie, attack Dodger, or tell the truth.
What will you say to Dodger?
If you lie to Dodger, he will see through it and attack you. Attacking Dodger will initiate a firefight. Telling the truth might avoid a fight if none of Dodger’s men are dead.
Leaving the garage
If Dodger is alive, he allows Bill and Charlie to escape. If he is dead, the mission ends the same way. Leave the garage to complete the mission.
