MoistCr1TiKaL, a popular streamer and esports team owner, recently made waves when he announced legal action against US immigration over their treatment of his organization’s Apex Legends lineup, Moist Esports. The issues arose as the team was preparing for the ALGS Split One playoffs in Los Angeles.

MoistCr1TiKaL criticized the US immigration system, calling it “pure, rotten-to-the-core, blatant corruption.” This opinion was not new, given the team’s previous difficulties in obtaining visas for Australian players Ben “Wxltzy” Walton and Matthew “Emtee” Trengove.

Despite legal consultations and visa applications, MoistCr1TiKaL asserted that their efforts were fruitless against the immigration system. He stated that even if they win the lawsuit, their chances of recovering the losses incurred during the proceedings are slim.
