Skyesports Masters 2024: Invited Teams Revealed

Skyesports, the leading esports tournament organizer in India, has announced the initial lineup of invited teams for the highly anticipated Skyesports Masters 2024. This prestigious event, aiming for global expansion, will take place in India from April 8 to 14 and will feature eight top-level teams competing for a share of the impressive $350,000 prize pool.

The invited teams for Skyesports Masters 2024 include some of the biggest names in Counter-Strike esports:

– Team Liquid
– Ninjas In Pyjamas
– ENCE
– BIG

Team Liquid and Ninjas In Pyjamas are well-known organizations in the world of Counter-Strike, with the latter having won major tournaments. ENCE is a renowned Polish team, led by Lukas “gla1ve” Rossander, a four-time Major-winning player. Germany’s BIG will also be participating with their strong lineup.

These four squads will be joined by two more invited teams and the winner of the Europe Qualifiers. Additionally, the champion of the India Qualifier will represent the home fans in the Skyesports Masters 2024. More details about the Europe and India Qualifiers will be provided later. With these eight teams, fans can expect thrilling Counter-Strike esports action as the world’s best compete for the championship.

The Skyesports Masters will showcase nail-biting Counter-Strike esports action with notable teams, a $350,000 prize pool, and a seven-day LAN event. The eight teams will battle in a double-elimination bracket to determine the ultimate champion.

Skyesports’ Roadmap for Counter-Strike 2: 2024

The Skyesports Masters is just one part of Skyesports’ ambitious 2024 roadmap for Counter-Strike 2. The roadmap includes a total prize pool of $1 million across six international tournaments as Skyesports establishes its presence in the global esports scene for first-person shooters. The first event in this roadmap is the Skyesports Grand Slam 2024, scheduled for March 14 to 16 in Pune, India. Four teams, representing India, Australia, and international invitees, will compete for a share of the $50,000 prize pool.

In addition to the Skyesports Grand Slam and Skyesports Masters, Skyesports has plans for the Championship 6.0, Skyesports Souvenir Colombo, Skyesports Global Tour in Thailand, and the India vs Pakistan Series in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

About Skyesports Masters

The Skyesports Masters was initially launched in 2023 with a $240,000 prize pool. In its first year, eight esports organizations competed in a month-long regular season followed by playoffs in Bangalore, India. Now, in 2024, this premier event is expanding with an even larger prize pool and the inclusion of international teams.
