Xtreme Gaming Welcomes Old eLeVeN, Promotes Lou to Main Dota 2 Roster

Xtreme Gaming Makes Roster Changes After Winter Tour

Xtreme Gaming, the top team in Division 2 of China’s Winter Tour 2021 Dota Pro Circuit, has made some significant roster changes despite their successful record. The team has secured promotion to Division 1 for the next stage of the season.

With a prize money of $17,000 and their advancement assured, Xtreme has signed veteran offlaner Ren “old eLeVeN” Yangwei and rising star Lou Zhen to their roster. This move also involves moving Wang “J” Wenjun and Sun “Srf” Runfa to the inactive roster.

Although Xtreme performed exceptionally well in Division 2, these new signings are expected to further improve the strength of their roster overall.

By bringing on old eLeVeN, Xtreme reunites him with the backline duo of Xiong “Pyw” Jiahan and Ding “Dy” Cong. These three players were integral to the success of Vici Gaming in previous years before parting ways after The International 10. Zhang “Paparazi灬” Chengjun, who played with all three players on VG, also left for Elephant last season.

This will be old eLeVeN’s first time playing for a team other than VG since joining the organization in September 2020.

As for Lou, he is a promising 20-year-old player who has already shown his skills with Xtreme’s academy roster, Ybb Gaming. The team believes he has the potential to become a star in the right circumstances.

Xtreme’s full roster for the upcoming Chinese regional league’s upper division, following the first DPC Major of the year, includes Lou, Paparazi灬, old eLeVeN, Pyw, Dy, and coach Zhou “bLink” Yang.
