WePlay keeps up the momentum with Valentine Madness seasonal events

WePlay Announces Valentine Madness Tournament

WePlay is back with another exciting tournament after the success of Winder Madness. This time, they are bringing Valentine’s Day to the esports world.

Valentine Madness will follow a similar format to the Winter event, but with a few changes. It is a $100,000 Dota 2 tournament that will run from February 9th to 16th.

Twelve teams will participate in the tournament. Eight teams will compete in a group stage matchup and the remaining four will enter the quarterfinals directly. To add more excitement, WePlay has introduced the “Three Game Guarantee System.” This means that teams that lose in the first round of the lower bracket will have another chance in a second match.

The tournament will follow the standard best-of-three, double elimination format, with the grand finals being a best-of-five series.

Gambit Esports, the champions of Winter Madness, have already confirmed their attendance. The other 11 teams will be announced in the coming days.

The Valentine Madness tournament will start on February 9th and continue until February 16th. The prize pool for the tournament is $100,000, making it a competition worth watching.
