w33 and Gorgc to Team Up for 2023 Dota Pro Circuit: Memes Make a Comeback

Aliwi “w33” Omar Joins Team Bald for the 2023 Dota Pro Circuit

Aliwi “w33” Omar, a well-known player in the Dota 2 scene, has joined Team Bald for the upcoming 2023 Dota Pro Circuit. W33, a two-time TI runner-up and Major winner, is teaming up with popular streamer Janne “Gorgc” Stefanovski for this new adventure.

As Team Bald says goodbye to Steve “Xcalibur” Ye, they welcomed w33 as their new mid laner. W33 is looking to make a comeback after a less successful time with Alliance.

Gorgc revealed that Team Bald was considering disbanding due to his uncertain availability for division two duties. However, everything changed when he learned that n0tail was returning with a new OG roster. This ignited Gorgc’s competitive spirit, as he now aims to defeat the two-time TI champions in the second division.

With Xcalibur’s departure, Gorgc had only two days to find a new mid laner. He took a chance and offered w33 the opportunity to join Team Bald. Surprisingly, w33 accepted, driven by the desire to face Topson once again and seek revenge for the TI9 finals.

The complete Team Bald roster for the 2023 DPC season includes Gorgc (position one), w33 (position two), Ovidijus “ZipZaper” Vaicikauskas (position three), Axel “Pablo” Källman (position four), and Jonathan “Bengan” Hansson (position five).

In contrast to other rosters in the Western European DPC, Team Bald’s primary goal is to create content while competing. They prioritize having a great time and providing a platform for players to grow and shape their careers. The team acknowledges Xcalibur’s contributions and believes that any member can have the same opportunity, making Team Bald a constantly evolving team.
