Vikin.gg emerge victorious in BTS Pro Series Season 3 tier-2 tournament

Vikin.gg Emerges as Pro Series Champions

Vikin.gg secured a triumphant win in their first tier-two Dota 2 tournament. The team dominated mudgolems with a remarkable 3-0 victory in the finals of the Beyond The Summit Pro Series. This victory marks a significant milestone for the organization.

Formed in September, Vikin.gg underwent a major roster change. Four out of the five current players joined the team in November, and since then, they have steadily climbed up the ranks of the European competitive scene.

Melchior “Seleri” Hillenkamp and his team have emerged from the tier-two scene and established themselves as a force to be reckoned with among the top EU stacks. They are one of the few teams to have defeated Team Secret since the transition to online play.

In the Pro Series season three, Vikin.gg finished just behind mudgolems and Adrian “Fata” Trinks in the group stage standings. Unfortunately, they were unexpectedly defeated by Ninjas in Pyjamas in the first round of the playoffs.

However, Vikin.gg quickly turned the tables by exacting revenge on NiP in the lower bracket finals before going on to sweep mudgolems in a dominant display of skill. Although Fata and his team had a chance to level the series in game two, Vikin.gg’s Miroslav “BOOM” Bičan’s Tiny and Tobias “Tobi” Buchner’s Underlord executed a spectacular late-game push.

Following their Pro Series victory, Vikin.gg looks forward to competing against renowned teams like Team Secret, Team Liquid, and OG in the upcoming ESL One Germany 2020 tournament commencing on October 5th.
