Valve Developer Announces Planned Dota 2 Outlanders Update on Nov. 26

Valve Finally Reveals Release Date for Dota 2 Outlanders Update

Valve, the creators of popular games like Half-Life and CS:GO, has finally given an update on its highly-anticipated Outlanders update for Dota 2. The announcement came from Valve developer cameron_dev, who pointed to November 26 as the release date for the update. While Valve is known for delaying releases until they are satisfied with the final product, this announcement provides some insight for eager fans.

The current 7.22 patch has been in effect for six months, making it one of the longest patches in Dota 2 history. This has resulted in a stagnant metagame and a decline in player count. However, the Outlanders update aims to revitalize the game by introducing two new heroes, Snapfire and Void Spirit.
