Tundra adds Saksa to their Dota 2 lineup

Tundra Esports Signs Saksa as Fifth Player for 2022 Dota Pro Circuit

Tundra Esports has made a surprising move by signing Saksa as their fifth player for the upcoming Tour of the 2022 Dota Pro Circuit. This decision comes after the team’s captain and founder Fata was kicked from the team.

A Perfect Fit for Tundra

Saksa, a highly skilled support player, was available as a free agent and Tundra didn’t hesitate to pick him up. This addition to their roster is an effort by the organization to strengthen their team in the constantly improving Western Europe region.

Saksa brings with him years of experience, including participating in multiple TIs (The Internationals), which will enhance the seasoned roster of Tundra. He expressed his excitement about joining the team and his belief that they can achieve great things together. Saksa also mentioned that he aims to understand how the team functions and improve their communication to achieve good results, with the ultimate goal of winning The International in the future.

New Roles and Leadership

As a result of Saksa’s arrival, the team lineup will undergo some changes. Saksa will take on position four, while Sneyking will move to position five and become the team’s new captain.

Continued Commitment to Players

Tundra acknowledges the community’s response to the sudden decision to remove Fata from the team. However, the organization remains committed to supporting players and providing stability, as long as it aligns with achieving favorable results. They believe that long-term contracts offer consistency and stability, which are uncommon in esports. Tundra aims to refine their relationship with players and ensure they feel supported while striving for better outcomes.

With the addition of Saksa, Tundra hopes to enhance team synergy and reach new heights in their performance. They will be competing in the upper division of the WEU DPC regional league for the Spring Tour, aiming to surpass their third-place finish in the previous stage.
