T1 completes Dota 2 roster with new additions JaCkky and Xepher

T1 Acquires JaCkky and Xepher to Strengthen Dota 2 Lineup

T1, the Korean esports organization, has made two surprising acquisitions in an effort to improve its performance in Dota 2. The team has added Laotian player Souliya “JaCkky” Khoomphetsavong and Indonesian player Kenny “Xepher” Deo to finalize its lineup, which now consists of players from four different Southeast Asian nations.

The announcement was made on Twitter by T1, welcoming JaCkky and Xepher to the team. The players recently faced off against each other in the grand finals of the Dota Summit 13 Online tournament. Now, they will need to learn to work together to turn T1’s fortunes around.

JaCkky, who previously played for Motivate.Trust Gaming, has been making a name for himself in the online Dota 2 scene. Motivate.Trust recently won the BTS Pro Series season three and the Dota Summit 13 Online tournaments. Meanwhile, Xepher will be reuniting with his former Geek Fam teammate Karl Jayme, who joined the T1 roster a month ago.

T1’s journey in Dota 2 hasn’t been smooth thus far, but with the official start date of the Dota Pro Circuit announced for January 18, 2021, the team is determined to establish itself with a roster consisting of some of the region’s newest talents.
