Spectre Claims Victory as The International 10 Dota 2 Arcana Vote Winner

Spectre Wins The International 10 Battle Pass Arcana Vote

Just an hour after The International 10 Battle Pass finally ended, Valve has announced Spectre as the winner of this year’s Arcana Vote.

In a showdown between two of Dota 2’s purple heroes, Spectre emerged victorious over Faceless Void.

Spectre received a total of 27,475,258 votes, while Faceless Void trailed behind with 24,948,538 votes. Spectre’s dominant run through the Arcana Vote bracket culminated in a significant victory in the finals.

Valve is now preparing to create a new Arcana that befits Mercurial, the Spectre. The development team is asking questions like, “How will she haunt her quarry?” and “In what manner can her refraction erode her enemies?” Spectre’s deadly color will, of course, be purple, but the specific shade is yet to be revealed. Valve assures fans that these questions will be answered in due time.

There is currently no set release date for the new Arcana, but Spectre fans can rejoice knowing that their favorite hero will finally receive the coveted set.

In addition to the Arcana Vote results, Valve also confirmed that Dota Plus will receive new content next week. Updates for Guilds, a new Dota Plus Season, and a new MMR reset mechanism are on the horizon. Unfortunately, Valve did not provide specific details about these additions.
