Sneyking Takes Revenge as Tundra Esports Shuns OG at TI11

Tundra Esports Dominates OG at The International 2022

On day two of The International 2022’s main stage, OG faced a formidable challenge from Tundra Esports. Leading with a fully-farmed hero in Dota 2, skiter posed a serious threat that OG couldn’t overcome.

Tundra Esports, as the top seed in Group B, had the luxury of choosing their opponent in the playoffs. Confident in their matchup against OG, they selected them and proceeded to sweep the series with a 2-0 victory.

Sneyking, a member of Tundra Esports, credited their success to an exceptional bootcamp prior to TI11. The team’s enhanced performance has been evident throughout the tournament.

Tundra Esports has displayed exceptional gameplay, transitioning from a top seed in the groups to dominating OG. Their early game execution has been incredibly lethal, as evidenced by their quick victory in the first game against OG, which lasted only 24 minutes.

Although the second game was more closely contested, Tundra Esports remained in control. Despite OG’s strong lineup, skiter’s individual skill proved too much for them. Tundra capitalized on their strategic timing to secure the decisive blows.

Tundra Esports’ confidence in themselves paid off, as they have secured a top-six finish at TI11. They are just one series away from making it to the finals weekend in Singapore.

This victory holds special significance for Sneyking. In his previous TI appearances with VGJ.Storm and Newbee, OG had eliminated him from the upper bracket before going on to win the tournament. This win provides Sneyking with sweet revenge.

OG, however, still has a chance to fight their way back through the lower bracket and regain contention. They are set to face Gaimin Gladiators in their next Dota 2 series at The International 11, in what promises to be another thrilling WEU clash.
