SK Telecom T1 Assembles Dota 2 Team for 2019-2020 Season

SK Telecom T1 Enters the Dota 2 Scene

SK Telecom T1, known for their dominance in League of Legends, has announced their entry into the Dota 2 scene for the 2019-2020 season. With star player Lee “Faker” Sang-hyeok on their League of Legends roster, the organization aims to become a contender in another top esport.

An Exciting Addition

Although SK Telecom T1 hasn’t revealed their full Dota 2 roster yet, they have signed veteran offlaner Lee “Forev” Sang-don, indicating a focus on experienced Korean players. Forev has previously played for successful teams and participated in three Internationals, showcasing his skill and expertise.

Potential Additions to the Roster

Other potential additions to the SK Telecom T1 Dota 2 roster could include Korean and Canadian players Park “March” Tae-won and Kim “Febby” Yong-min, along with promising talents Nico “Gunnar” Lopez and Nuengnara “23savage” Teeramahanon. These players have already demonstrated their potential as a unit while playing together.

Possible Coaching Opportunity

There is also a chance that Lee “Heen” Seung Gon, who previously coached Forev and played with Febby and March before coaching Team Liquid, could join SK Telecom T1 as their coach. Heen brings valuable TI experience and a successful coaching record.

SK Telecom T1 has various options available to them in building their Dota 2 roster, especially with the post-TI9 roster shakeup. They have the opportunity to recruit top talent and establish themselves as a tier-one organization in Dota 2.
