SEA Dota legends Mushi and YamateH join forces

Malaysian Dota Legends Mushi and YamateH Join Forces for Dota Pro Circuit

Malaysian Dota legends Chai “Mushi” Yee Fung and Ng “YamateH” Wei Poon are teaming up for the upcoming Dota Pro Circuit. Their team, Brothers United, was spotted in the official registration page for the DPC. The team consists of Mushi’s former teammates Ryan Jay “Raging-_-Potato” Qui and Khoo “Ohaiyo” Chong Xin, along with new addition Benhur “Nayeon” Lewis.

Mushi and YamateH’s Dota Journey

Mushi and YamateH were legends in the original Dota and were part of the new guard that dominated the professional scene. They teamed up in Orange Esports in 2011, achieving a top-half finish in The International 2012 before going their separate ways. Since then, Mushi has had a successful Dota 2 career, being part of the iconic DK squad in 2014 and winning the Dota Asia Championship 2018 with Mineski. YamateH, on the other hand, has not been in a contending team since his stint with Zenith in 2013.

A Fresh Start in the SEA Dota 2 Scene

Despite their different paths, Mushi and YamateH will now stand united under their new banner. Both players have transitioned to the five position from their previous mid laner roles. It will be exciting to see what fresh perspective these two legends can bring to the SEA Dota 2 scene, as they aim to make a significant impact.
