Qualified Teams Announced for the Dota Pro Circuit ONE Esports Singapore Major

The 2021 Dota Pro Circuit is nearing the end of its first season, with the top 18 teams from around the world competing at the ONE Esports Singapore Major for a $500,000 prize pool and 2,700 DPC points.

Each of the six regions – Europe, China, Southeast Asia, CIS, North America, and South America – had a certain number of spots available in their respective leagues. Europe and China had four spots each, Southeast Asia and CIS had three spots each, and North and South America had two spots each.

The majority of the participating teams have already been determined, with only China still playing their regional league matches. These matches will conclude on March 13, well before the Major’s start date on March 27.

Depending on their seeding within their regions, the teams will be placed in one of three rounds: the Wild Card, Group Stage, or Playoffs.

The Wild Card round consists of a round-robin, best-of-two bracket with six teams. Only the top two teams will advance to the group stage, which will follow the same format. The top two teams from the group stage will proceed to the upper bracket of the playoffs, while the next three teams will be placed in the lower bracket. The remaining two teams will be eliminated.

The playoffs will take place from March 31 to April 4 in a standard double-elimination bracket. The winner of the playoffs will take home $200,000 and 500 DPC points.
