Nigma undergoes player shuffle due to turbulent Dota 2 season, causing further adjustments

Nigma Galaxy Makes Roster Changes after Exit from DreamLeague Season 19

Following their relegation from division one of the Western European Dota Circuit, Nigma Galaxy received an invitation to DreamLeague Season 19. In preparation for the tournament, Nigma made roster changes, moving Ammar “ATF” Al-Assaf to the inactive roster and bringing back Amer “Miracle-” Al-Barkawi. However, Miracle’s return was short-lived as Nigma failed to advance past the group stage.

Surprising Dota 2 Roster Shuffle Confirmed by Nigma Galaxy

On April 12, Nigma Galaxy confirmed the unexpected roster shuffle through a tweet. They thanked Miracle for his temporary return to play but acknowledged his decision to return to the bench.

During a guest appearance on Gorgc’s stream, ATF was asked about his future with the team. He responded with uncertainty, leaving fans wondering about Nigma’s fifth seat. Although fans initially expected ATF to return to the main roster when Miracle went on break, it seems that Nigma is taking their time with that decision.

Nigma currently faces challenges as a recruiting team, needing to battle through the second division to reach division one. This limits their options for a core player, as they would have to choose from players who do not have high aspirations of competing in The International 2023, given the team’s slim chances of qualifying.

Despite the challenges, Dota 2 fans were pleased to see Miracle perform at a high level again after his extended break. Now, anxiously awaiting Nigma’s next player announcement.
