New update for Dota 2 introduces the latest addition: Treasure of the Fallen Cinder item collection

Valve Updates Dota 2 Matchmaking System and Releases Treasure of the Fallen Cinder Collection

Valve has been busy today with updates to the Dota 2 matchmaking system and the release of the Treasure of the Fallen Cinder collection. This update not only includes bug fixes but also introduces 11 new item sets for players to collect.

The Treasure of the Fallen Cinder collection offers players nine rare sets and a Mythical set for Phoenix and Wraith King. These sets are expected to be popular in upcoming events where they are allowed.

If you want a full list of the heroes that received new gear, you can check it out below. You can also preview each skin in this Imgur gallery.

  • Beastmaster
  • Clockwerk
  • Elder Titan
  • Meepo
  • Outworld Devourer
  • Oracle

Treasure of the Fallen Cinder is a collection of older item sets bundled into a new group and re-released for players. While the market value of most of the items has already settled, there is a chance that some may drop now that more of them will be available on the Dota 2 marketplace.

Individual Treasure of the Fallen Cinder treasures can be purchased for $2.49, or you can buy the item sets individually based on the current market value. The Phoenix skin is priced at around $10, while the Wraith King set is available for nearly $30. If you’re feeling lucky, you can try your luck with a few singles first.
