TNC Pro Team Welcomes Armel as New Midlaner
TNC Pro Team is excited to announce the addition of Armel Paul “Armel” Tabios as their new midlaner. Armel, previously known for his time with Clutch Gamers, has joined TNC in the second position.
A Potential Star Midlaner from the Philippines
Armel, at just 18 years old, is already making a name for himself with his impressive performances. He achieved top 8 at the Manila Masters and the Mars Dota 2 League, as well as top 10 at Epicenter last year. Known for his mechanical skill and game sense, Armel helped Clutch Gamers qualify for three major tournaments in 2017.
Kuku Transitions to Hard Support
In order to accommodate Armel, former midlaner Carlo “Kuku” Palad will be moving to the hard support position. This decision not only shows the team’s belief in Armel but also highlights Kuku’s adaptability and potential impact in the new role.
Kuku Takes on Captaincy Once Again
Kuku will also be reclaiming his role as the team’s captain, making in-game decisions and leading the drafts. This change allows Kuku to fully focus on his gameplay without the added responsibility of shotcalling and mechanics.
With Kuku’s transition to a less demanding role, there is a possibility for him to shine as a captain. Former TNC coach Murielle “Kipspul” Huisman seems to share this sentiment.
