March 19 update for Dota Underlords: Complete patch notes and updates

Valve’s Latest Update to Dota Underlords Introduces Strong Nerfs to Bloodseeker

Valve has made a significant update to Dota Underlords, targeting the problematic hero Bloodseeker. Bloodseeker has been dominating the meta as an inexpensive and powerful unit, thanks to his Bloodrage ability. This ability grants him bonus attack speed and health regeneration every time he kills an enemy, even without the need for an alliance. To address this, Valve has introduced substantial nerfs to Bloodseeker.

The update also includes memory optimization, which is expected to improve performance on all platforms, especially on 2GB iOS devices. You can find the full patch notes for the latest Underlords update, The Update In Which Bloodseeker, here.

General Improvements

  • Improved memory efficiency to reduce crashes on 2GB iOS devices.
  • Fixed random opponent selection during matches, which was particularly noticeable in Duos mode.
  • Addressed an issue where tilting the camera on mobile could cause bench units to disappear under certain circumstances.
  • Corrected alliance pip displays that sometimes showed incorrect information when moving units during the prepare phase.
  • Enhanced the District Complete flow in City Crawl.
  • Implemented UI performance improvements for a smoother experience.
  • Improved the user experience of the progress popup.
  • Fixed incorrect display of the “Has Available Objectives” button when there are no available objectives.
  • Resolved a purchasing issue related to Parental Controls on iOS, and added extra logging to identify and fix any further problems.
  • Fixed the unit info panel using incorrect models for Target Buddy and Barricade contraptions with equipped rewards.
  • Fixed victory dance rewards for Hobgen, Enno, and Jull when using skin rewards.
  • Addressed a bug where the “Equip” button sometimes did not work on the reward popup.
  • Fixed the overlapping of “Invalid” with the Hardcore XP bot difficulty selection in some cases.
  • Improved sell/send unit UI region sizing on 4:3 mobile displays to prevent overlapping with the board and accidental sales.
  • Fixed an issue with dragging items that caused incorrect UI display when a unit was selected.
  • Corrected some typos in newspaper headlines.
  • Various sound improvements.
