Mag, RodjER, and RAMZES666 depart from Na’Vi’s Dota 2 team

Natus Vincere Makes Roster Changes After Poor Performance in TI10 Qualifiers

Following a disappointing showing in The International 10 qualifiers, Natus Vincere (Na’Vi) has announced some major changes to its Dota 2 roster. On July 23, the entire roster was listed as inactive, and since then, three members have left the team, including two players and the longtime coach, Andrii “Mag” Chipenko.

Departures of Mag, RAMZES666, and RodjER

Mag, RAMZES666, and RodjER have all left Na’Vi. RodjER was the first to announce his departure on August 3, indicating his search for a new team via a tweet. Na’Vi later confirmed this move, as well as the departure of Mag and RAMZES666. Adding RAMZES666 to the roster had initially drawn criticism for the organization.

Na’Vi Considers New Options

The COO of Na’Vi, Aleksey “xaoc” Kucherov, stated that with the shift in TI10 dates, they now have ample time to consider various options for the future of the team in the discipline. As they form a new roster, they express gratitude to Mag, RodjER, and RAMZES666 for their contributions to Na’Vi and wish them the best of luck with their future teams.

Constant Changes in Na’Vi’s Dota Roster

Na’Vi has experienced consistent upheaval in its Dota roster since late 2019 when SoNNeikO was benched and eventually left the organization. Although he rejoined in May, he left again after the TI10 regional qualifiers due to reported tension within the squad and the team’s fifth-place finish in the event.

Among the current roster, only No[o]ne and Alik “V-Tune” Vorobey remain listed as inactive. GeneRaL, young G, and 9pasha are still under contract, but only GeneRaL has played for the team this year.
