Live Band Brings the Best Experience to the Latest Dota 2 Tournament

The Unexpected Star of DreamLeague Season 19: The Live Band

The DreamLeague Season 19 Dota 2 tournament has been captivating fans with its thrilling matches, but there’s been a surprising standout stealing the show. Despite initial doubts, the live band in the studio has been astonishing viewers with their incredible musical talent and versatility.

As the tournament progressed, the band won over the Dota 2 community by delivering a wide range of tunes, from metal to reggae.

During a panel, Jorien “Sheever” van der Heijden, Mira “Ephey” Riad, and Andrew Jenkins decided to test the band’s abilities by challenging them with random song requests from different genres. They started with reggae and then moved on to metal before presenting the ultimate challenge.

After successfully completing the first two requests, the band was asked to perform reggae-metal, a niche sub-genre that most fans might not have heard before. Without hesitation, the band delivered an impressive performance, leaving viewers and panelists in awe.

As DreamLeague Season 19 continued, more and more fans fell in love with the live band. Some even expressed their desire to see the band perform at the Berlin Major, according to a comment made by Sheever. Interestingly, the band is given a new name on the panel every day, and on the day of the Twitch clip, they were referred to as the “Underpaid Pandas.”

While the trio may not have an official name together, they can all be found individually on social media channels: Thomas Cochrane, Jens Wierckx, and Bob Barlag.

Alongside the remarkable performances by the players, the fantastic live band added a breath of fresh air to DreamLeague Season 19, making it a must-watch for all DPC enthusiasts.
