Legends Resurge: Topson and Old G Close to Reaching Dota Pro Circuit

Fans of OG Legends Ceb, Topson, and N0tail Go Through Ups and Downs

OG legends Ceb, Topson, and N0tail have had a rollercoaster season. In December 2022, they formed a new team called Old G with NoOne and MSS. It was a moment of joy for the Dota 2 community.

Series of Upsets Disappoints the Team

Unfortunately, the team faced a series of upsets that ended their season before it could even begin. These disappointments deeply affected N0tail, and he eventually stepped down. MSS also left the team.

New Additions Bring Hope to Old G

Despite the setbacks, Old G didn’t give up. They welcomed Ukrainian star Resolut1on and experienced American player and analyst Kitrak to their roster.

Since then, things have been looking up for the team. Old G dominated the DPC WEU 2023 Tour Two: Open Qualifier #1, defeating several lesser-known teams without dropping a single game.

The True Challenge Begins

However, their biggest challenge is yet to come. They will compete against Bald Reborn and seven other teams in the DPC WEU 2023 Tour Two: Closed Qualifier.

Given the talent and experience in their roster, Old G should be able to secure one of the two placement spots. Team Bald Reborn, with star player w33, is likely to take the second spot.

However, as we’ve seen in previous qualifiers, nothing is guaranteed.

If everything goes well for them, the iconic players will earn their way back into the Dota Pro Circuit. We’ll find out when the action begins on March 19.
