Legendary Dota Captain Solo Returns to Lead HellRaisers After an Unprecedented Break

New Roster for HellRaisers as They Aim for Major Wins

The Eastern European Dota 2 region has faced challenges this year due to the pause in DPC action caused by Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. One team, HellRaisers (HR), faced both playoff battles and relegation. However, they have now made a comeback to division one and are ready to seize the opportunity with a fresh roster led by Alexey “Solo” Berezin.

Solo will be joined by Nikita “Daxak” Kuzmin, Gleb “depressed kid” Zyryanov, and Vladislav “Antares” Kertman, as announced by the organization. While HR has brought in four new players, they have also decided to retain Matvey “MieRo`” Vasyunin, allowing the youngster to develop his skills under the guidance of one of the most successful captains in the Eastern European region.

This new roster not only showcases the strength of the Eastern European stack but also reflects Solo’s determination to continue playing competitively. Despite his age of 32, Solo has achieved significant success in LAN events, including majors, from 2015 to 2018. His consistency is even more impressive considering the setback he faced early in his career with the infamous “322 incident.”

Solo has just finished a heated season with NAVI, while Daxak joins HR after an impressive performance with BetBoom Team at The International 2022. Together, they will form the experienced core of HR, with depressed kid and Antares relying on their guidance and expertise.

With the combined experience of Solo and Daxak, HR appears to have a promising formula that, with the right chemistry, could lead to major victories. While Solo’s leadership style may not suit everyone, when paired with the right players, it has the potential to pave the way for success.
