Jfshfh178 eliminates Ninjas in Pyjamas from the Dota Summit 11 Minor

Ninjas in Pyjamas Fall Short in Dota Summit 11 Minor

Ninjas in Pyjamas (NiP) were considered early favorites to win the Dota Summit 11 Minor, but unfortunately, they were eliminated before the playoffs even began. Their journey ended abruptly, despite their best efforts in the elimination match against jfshfh178. The unlikely underdogs managed to secure victory, continuing their surprising Cinderella story.

Palantimos Shines against NiP

In the opening match, Peter “ppd” Dager and his team struggled to gain momentum as they found themselves on the back foot throughout the game. The European squad’s biggest weakness was their inability to counter Nikita “Palantimos” Grinkevich, who achieved a flawless 14/0/8 score against NiP’s lane players. Despite a few flashes of brilliance by NiP in the early game, Palantimos kept them busy while his teammates eliminated the supports and shut down any potential team fight opportunities. As a result, NiP fell behind, and jfshfh178 took a commanding 1-0 lead.

In game two, NiP started strong, but their lead quickly crumbled. By the 25-minute mark, Meepos were approaching their base, and with four Ninjas eliminated, ppd decided to call it quits. This stunning upset allowed Palantimos and his team to celebrate yet another victory against NiP.

The Road Ahead

Avery “SVG” Silverman and Chaos Esports Club will face jfshfh178 in the first round of the playoffs at 11am CT. This matchup promises to be intriguing as Chaos plays a completely different style of Dota compared to NiP. Meanwhile, NiP will have three weeks to analyze their performance in the Minor and identify areas for improvement before the next round of Major qualifiers.
