J.Storm Dota 2 roster disbands, Fear creates Business Associates team

J.Storm Dota 2 Roster Disbanded: Business Associates Formed

J.Storm’s Dota 2 roster has been disbanded, as confirmed by the ESL One qualifiers page and Valve’s Major and Minor roster registry. Now listed under “Business Associates,” captain Clinton “Fear” Loomis and his team will continue playing together without any changes to the stack despite their departure from the organization.

No official statement has been made by J.Storm, and the players have yet to comment on the move. The team’s Twitter account retweeted two players announcing that they would be leaving the organization and becoming free agents, but there has been no activity since then.

This situation resembles what happened with Forward Gaming last season, where the organization ceased operation. However, without an official statement from J.Storm, we will have to wait for the players to explain what happened or for more information to become available.

The status of Fear and his team’s 920 DPC Points is currently unclear, as it is unknown if they will retain them or if they will be absolved with J.Storm if the organization ceases operations. Nevertheless, the Business Associates stack will compete in the closed NA qualifiers for the ESL One Los Angeles Major on Feb. 9.
