Infamous firmly rebuilds around Papita following The International

Infamous Completes Roster for 2019-20 Dota Pro Circuit Season

After parting ways with the squad that finished seventh at The International 2019, Infamous has rebuilt its roster for the upcoming 2019-20 Dota Pro Circuit season. The team started by bringing back its former captain, Mariano “Papita” Caneda, who was released from the roster in June. With a solid foundational player in place, Infamous quickly found other pieces to complete their roster.

The end result was the addition of two veteran SA players who have previously played with the organization, as well as two relatively unknown players. Benjamín “Benjaz” Barrios, who played with Papita in Infamous’ 2017 run, has rejoined the team to cover the offlane. Sebastian “Robo-Z” Velarde, who spent most of 2018 with the Infamous Young roster, will now resume his carry role for the new Infamous squad. Alexis “sl4d1n-” Cepeda and Christian “Alucard” Kimura, both familiar faces in the SA scene, will also join the team.

It should be noted that this roster is not permanent and was formed so that Infamous could compete in the Movistar Liga Pro Gaming Season One. The team will use this event as practice for the start of the Dota Pro Circuit on October 5.
