Founder of Old G steps down from team amidst roster changes following Dota 2’s post-Lima Major upheaval

Roster Shakeups in Dota 2 Pro Circuit

The recent Dota 2 Lima Major has led to roster changes in the upcoming Dota 2 Pro Circuit. Team Secret has announced that they have parted ways with their offlane duo, and this seems to be just the beginning of the reshuffling news. Now, it’s official that Old G has lost their position five player and captain, Johan “n0tail” Sundstein, leaving two players behind to rebuild the team.

n0tail has admitted that the DPC losses affected him more than expected, and he is not willing to make the same sacrifices to continue his Dota 2 career. After leaving the Old G stack, n0tail will likely focus on his operational duties as the co-founder of OG Esports. The departure of n0tail has led to speculation about the new players joining Old G.

Currently, the Old G stack consists of Sebastian “Ceb” Debs, Volodymyr “No[o]ne” Minenko, and Topias “Topson” Taavitsainen. The identity of the remaining two players is still uncertain, but there have been some rumors circulating. One of these rumors has been confirmed.

Rumors suggested that Roman “Resolut1on” Fominok would join Old G as their new offlaner, replacing Arif “MSS” Anwar. This rumor was later confirmed in an exclusive report by escorenews.com. The report also mentioned speculation about a Croatian player joining the team.

Since there are only a few active Croatian Dota 2 professional players, it is highly likely that Damir “Mitch” Skaricic, currently coaching Ancient Tribe, will be the new addition to the team.

Only time will tell if these rumors hold true. We will keep you updated as the roster shuffles continue.
