FATA- and pieliedie reunite with EternaLEnVy on their new team

The First Big Roster Move Ahead of the International 7

Team NP, an American esports organization, has made a significant roster move following the conclusion of the Kiev Major. They have recruited two new players to join their team.

Introducing the New Players

Johan “pieliedie” Åström, former support player for Team Secret, and Adrian “FATA-” Trinks, who previously competed for B)ears, have both joined Team NP ahead of the International 7.

Change Comes After Past Performance

This roster move comes after NP removed their previous support duo, Theeban “1437” Siva and Avery “SVG” Silverman. This decision was made following the team’s failure to qualify for the Kiev Major and their last-place finish at the Dota 2 Asia Championship.

Reuniting Cloud9

The current NP roster now consists of Jacky “EternaLEnVy” Mao, Kurtis “Aui_2000” Ling, and Johan “pieliedie” Åström, who previously played together on Cloud9. They were considered one of the best Western teams in 2014 but never won a LAN event together.

Roster Changes Deadline

All teams have 13 days to make roster changes after the Kiev Major. After this period, teams will not be able to receive invitations to the International 7. They will instead have to qualify through open qualifiers in order to compete in the Dota 2 world championship in August.
