EG, Fnatic, and OG.Seed Secure First Invitations to Dota Summit 12

Beyond the Summit Dota Summit 12: Teams Confirmed

Fans of Dota 2 can rest easy as Beyond the Summit has announced the teams participating in the highly anticipated Dota Summit 12 event. The tournament, held between the third Minor and Major of the Dota Pro Circuit, has already secured the participation of some heavyweight squads.

The first three invited teams for Summit 12 are Evil Geniuses, Fnatic, and OG.Seed. These teams, along with the best teams from North America and Southeast Asia, will come together to compete in the six-team event.

Evil Geniuses and Fnatic will both be in Los Angeles for the ESL One LA Major, which kicks off on March 15. Meanwhile, OG will also be present in the City of Angels, although it seems their parent squad won’t be participating in the Summit house to prepare for the Major.

With three slots still up for grabs, there are several premier teams, such as TNC Predator, Nigma, Team Liquid, and PSG.LGD, that could potentially compete for the $150,000 prize pool.

The 12th edition of The Summit promises to be an entertaining event, combining competitive Dota 2 with a relaxed atmosphere and intimate content with professional players. The tournament will take place from March 10 to March 13, serving as a lighthearted moment before the intensity of the LA Major.
