Dendi Joins Forces with Mushi on Fresh Tigers Roster

Dota 2 Legend Dendi Joins Tigers

Danil “Dendi” Ishutin, a prominent player in the Dota 2 scene, has found a new team after months of being out of the game. Previously a member of Natus Vincere for almost eight years, Dendi will now be suiting up for Tigers, a team he has defeated numerous times throughout his storied career.

Changes in the Tigers Roster

Tigers announced the departure of Lai “Ahjit” Jay Son and Muhammad “inYourdreaM” Rizky on January 19. To fill these roster spots and compete in the Southeast Asia Qualifiers for DreamLeague Season 11, Tigers added not only Dendi but also Chai “Mushi” Yee Fung, a former captain of teams like Fnatic who has participated in multiple iterations of The International, including The International 2013 where his team lost to Dendi’s Na’Vi.

Dendi’s Role as a Stand-In

Although Dendi has officially joined the Tigers roster, he will only be playing as a stand-in during the qualifiers. This decision stems from his ongoing contract with Na’Vi, as well as his organization looking out for his well-being.

Tigers’ Recent Performance

The Tigers’ most notable recent performance was at the Megafon Winter Clash in December, where they secured a second-place finish. However, their performance throughout the current season has left much to be desired.

Dendi will be joining the Tigers for the DreamLeague Season 11 Qualifiers, which kick off on January 24.
