CIS Rejects Welcomes 3 Fresh Faces as 9pasha Rejoins Dota 2 Roster

CIS Rejects Unveil New Roster for 2022 Dota Pro Circuit Tour

CIS Rejects has announced their new roster for the final 2022 Dota Pro Circuit Tour. The team has brought back Gleb “depressed kid” Zyryanov and 9pasha, along with three new players.

Reshuffle and Rebranding for CIS Rejects

A week ago, CIS Rejects manager Gleb “cenra” Antokhin confirmed that the team would undergo a major reshuffle and rebranding, despite finishing fourth in the Regional Playoffs for the EEU’s Spring Tour.

Immersion, a former player from AS Monaco Gambit, is the biggest addition to the team. He brings valuable experience and will fill the gap left by fng. Sergei “G” Bragin will continue as the head coach for CIS Rejects.

CIS Rejects is also adding two young players to their lineup. Nikita “Munkushi~” Chepurnykh, a 19-year-old talent, joins from various stacks to compete on a larger stage. Evgeny “Heaven” Ponomarev, a 20-year-old player, comes from the former Nemiga Gaming roster and will debut in Eastern Europe’s Division I regional league.

RAMZES returns to Virtus Pro ahead of final Dota Pro Circuit Tour

Depressed kid, the returning mid laner, was always expected to be the center of attention in this new roster. However, 9pasha’s return is a surprise as he announced his break from competing just last month. It seems that the changes in the previous lineup prompted 9pasha to rejoin the team.

Despite their promising roster, CIS Rejects must fill the void left by the departure of RAMZES, RodjER, and fng. It remains uncertain if they can compete with top teams like Team Spirit, BetBoom Team, and Virtus.pro.

Upcoming Changes for CIS Rejects

The organization has hinted at another announcement, which could be the final rebranding away from CIS Rejects. It is possible that this announcement also involves a sponsorship deal, although no details have been revealed alongside the roster changes.
