C9 Sneaky and teammates become disoriented amidst multitude of Phantom Lancer illusions in Dota 2

The Power of Phantom Lancer in Dota 2: Sneaky’s Battle

Some heroes in Dota 2 can be really tough to defeat, especially in the late game. Sneaky, a former pro player in League of Legends, has been learning the ropes of Dota recently. But it was only yesterday that he experienced the true might of Phantom Lancer (PL), the master of doppelgangers.

In a lengthy battle, Sneaky and his team found themselves in a fierce skirmish against a heavily farmed Phantom Lancer.

What seemed like a one-vs-three situation quickly proved to be more challenging as Sneaky’s teammates struggled to identify the real PL and control his illusions. With the added advantage of an Aegis, PL had no reason to back down and continued to create illusions while relentlessly attacking the nearest target.

Despite their success in taking down PL once, his triumphant return with full health posed another obstacle for Sneaky and his team. Even with Sneaky’s Gyrocopter resurrecting and joining the fight, PL’s second appearance proved fatal as he eliminated the Dire team one by one.

The team voice chat and Sneaky’s stream were filled with cries questioning which PL was the real one as they faced their defeat against the overwhelming power of PL. After the unfortunate turn of events, Medusa, who was on Sneaky’s team, decided to give up and refused to assist the team for the rest of the match.

Medusa’s actions resulted in a few reports from Sneaky and his party members, but it remains unclear whether they will face low-priority matchmaking or not.
