Arkosh Gaming’s Unexpected 2023 DPC Lineup Shakes the Dota Scene

Arkosh Gaming Brings Hope to the NA Dota 2 Scene

The North American Dota 2 scene faced a bleak future as long-time sponsors and prominent players left the region following the post-TI11 roster shuffle. However, a new team has emerged to save the day – Arkosh Gaming. With a star-studded roster including Steve “Xcalibur” Ye, Max “qojqva” Bröcker, Jaron “monkeys-forever” Clinton, Zakari “Zfreek” Freedman, and Kim “Febby” Yong-min, Arkosh Gaming has reignited hope in the NA Dota 2 community.

Arkosh Gaming’s entry into the scene has been met with excitement. Their lineup of talented players has sparked a ray of light in the darkness, offering a fresh start for the North American scene. Previously known as a meme, Arkosh Gaming has now become the last hope for NA Dota 2.

In recent years, NA Dota 2 has faced numerous challenges. However, Arkosh Gaming’s journey from a meme team to a serious contender has captivated fans and added a pseudo-storyline to the scene. Their commitment to bringing glory to the North American name is commendable.

Originally recognized for featuring Brian “BSJ” Canavan and Andrew “Jenkins” Jenkins, Arkosh Gaming has evolved into a fully-fledged organization. Their latest roster move promises to reinvigorate the region and dispel doubts surrounding NA Dota 2.

Despite the skepticism surrounding the region, the addition of European veterans Xcalibur and qojqva brings excitement to the team. These players have been in the scene for a long time and are instantly recognizable names. Xcalibur, once hailed as a prodigy by n0tail, has yet to find his breakout moment, while qojqva is eager to make a comeback after leaving Team Liquid.

The European powerhouses will be joined by NA’s finest, monkeys-forever and ZFreek. To add an international flair, South Korean player Febby completes the roster. While currently in the second division of NA DPC, Arkosh Gaming is poised to challenge for a division one spot given the strength of their lineup.
