Alliance’s Dota 2 roster splits from Leslão and Supream^

Alliance Parts Ways with Two Players as Dota 2 Roster Rebuild Continues

Alliance, the renowned Dota 2 team, has made further changes to its roster as it bids farewell to Rodrigo “Leslão” Santos and Ondřej “Supream^” Štarha. This comes just a week after the team said goodbye to Simon “Handsken” Rasmus Haag and coach Niklas “okcya” Koskinen.

Last season, Alliance introduced Leslão and Supream^ to their roster after releasing Linus “Limmp” Blomdin, Gustav “s4” Magnusson, and Artiom “fng” Barshack. This marks the second move the organization has made as part of its Dota 2 roster rebuild.

According to the organization, “After a rough first DPC season of 2022, decisions were made to move forward with different players. Supream^ and Leslão have shown great dedication, hard work, and desire to win, but it wasn’t enough in the end to form a team environment that would be able to bring more victories.”

Leslão and Supream^ joined the roster after three members of Alliance’s The International 10 squad were released. The goal of the new roster was to qualify for the Winter Major LAN event, but unfortunately, they didn’t come close and were relegated to the second division instead.

Being relegated to the second division means Alliance won’t qualify for the next major unless they work their way up to the first division. It has been a struggle for Alliance to find chemistry within the team, especially since the second division is filled with established player stacks. Rebuilding the roster may prove challenging for Alliance.

The upcoming DPC season is crucial for Alliance as they aim to secure a spot in the first division as soon as possible. At this time, it’s unclear whether replacements have been found for the departing players.

The current Alliance roster includes Nikolay “Nikobaby” Nikolov, Adam “Aramis” Moroz, and substitute Henrik “AdmiralBulldog” Ahnberg.
