Alliance Triumphs Over Ninjas in Pyjamas, Advances to EPICENTER Major

Alliance Upsets Ninjas in Pyjamas, Secures Spot in EPICENTER Major

Alliance, a second-tier team in the Dota Pro Circuit, has made a statement by defeating Ninjas in Pyjamas. This victory propels them towards becoming one of the top-tier competitors in the European esports scene.

The clash between Alliance and Ninjas in Pyjamas in the upper bracket finals was an intense battle. Both teams showcased their dominance in different games while fighting for the first ticket to the EPICENTER Major.

Alliance previously beat Team Sirius in a close three-game series, securing a top-three finish at the StarLadder Ukraine Minor. Team Sirius has shown remarkable improvement late in the season, making them a formidable opponent.

NiP emerged victorious against Team Anvorgesa, setting up a highly anticipated clash with Alliance.

NiP had the upper hand in game one, establishing an aggressive draft and playstyle that caught Alliance off guard. However, Alliance managed to turn the tides in their favor with the help of Storm Spirit and Juggernaut, leading them to a 1-0 advantage.

In the second game, Alliance continued their offensive and defensive strategy. They outplayed NiP in the early stages of the game, while NiP made the critical mistake of constantly trying to contest Alliance without regrouping.

With a series win over NiP, Alliance exacted revenge on a team that had eliminated them from several events and qualifiers throughout the season.

This victory also guarantees Alliance a spot in the EPICENTER Major in Moscow, Russia later this month. They are now in an excellent position to fight for one of the last direct invites to The International 2019.

NiP will face Team Sirius on June 16 to determine the final Major ticket and compete in the grand finals.
