Alliance and Complexity Announce Dota Summit 10 Roster Changes

Alliance and Complexity Gaming Confirmed for Dota Summit 10

After much anticipation, Dota Summit 10 is set to take place at the end of July. The tournament will feature many of the teams competing in The International 2019, with Alliance and Complexity Gaming being the first two teams announced. Only four spots are remaining in the tournament.

Alliance and Complexity’s Journey

Alliance recently secured the final direct invite for TI9 after their successful run at the EPICENTER Major. On the other hand, Complexity is currently battling it out in the North American closed qualifiers for a regional invite.

The Mystery of Fnatic

Fnatic, the third confirmed team for Dota Summit 10, won the King’s Cup: Southeast Asia last October. However, they were not featured in the official graphic revealed by BtS. It remains unclear if BtS has withheld the results of King’s Cup: SEA or if there are other reasons behind Fnatic’s omission.

What’s Next?

If BtS follows the results of King’s Cup, J Storm would be the next team to join Dota Summit 10. Additionally, Evil Geniuses, last year’s winner, is expected to make a return. More team announcements will come after the conclusion of the closed regional qualifiers for TI9. The prize pool for the tournament is anticipated to be higher than last year’s $100,000.

The Talent Lineup and Bot TI

The talent lineup for the event has been announced, and the second annual Bot TI will be taking place alongside the tournament.

Dota Summit 10 is scheduled to run from July 25 to 28, just before The International 2019 kicks off.
