All teams receive invites to the WeSave! Charity Play Dota 2 tournament

WePlay! Announces WeSave! Charity Play Tournament with 24 Top Dota 2 Teams

WePlay! is stepping up to fill the void left by the delayed ESL One Los Angeles Major by organizing the WeSave! Charity Play tournament. The tournament will showcase 24 of the best Dota 2 teams from around the world and will be conducted entirely online from March 20 to 26. Each of the six major Dota 2 regions will be represented by four teams, and the tournament will feature both English and Russian broadcasts.

The WeSave! Charity Play tournament has a prize pool of $120,000, with each region receiving $20,000. The prize money will be donated to support the fight against COVID-19. The total prize pool may increase as additional sponsors and donations come in before and during the event.

All proceeds from the WeSave! Charity Play tournament will be donated to CEPI (Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations) and GlobalGiving to provide immediate relief for those affected by the coronavirus and to support vaccine development.
